Sports culture has changed. It has become a style of life that blurs the transition between our daily routine and leisure. “SHOE NAME” is designed to fit this fluid transition and combines the functions of a fitness/training and running shoe in a street wear and fashion design context. This shoe defies the hitherto strict separation between sports and street wear to bridge the gap between sports and everyday lifestyle.

The conflict between ergonomic design and aesthetic aspects was revisited and instead of basing design on function, design was taken as the starting point.
